We are happy present the third volume of the four- volume translation of the Taittiriya Samhita of the Krishna Yajur Veda to the lovers of Veda. This book has the 4th Kanda. Among the seven Kanda-s of TS, Kanda 4 is most famous because it contains the Shatarudriya (namaka) hymn (TS (4.5)), which is perhaps the most popular part of the four Veda-s barring Purusha Sukta. All the mantra-s of TS, specifically those of Kanda 4, espouse a special type of yoga called here as the Vedic Yoga or Inner Yajna. TS mentions in many places that this yajna is a journey.
